KG 2.3 Response to the Personal Hungary 2005 2.0 Exhibitor survey On the occasion of the second Personal Hungary 2005, on 23rd and 24th November 2005 in Budapest, 63 exhibitors participated and were able to present their offer to an exceedingly interested expert audience.¶As both sides â visitors and exhibitors alike â should benefit from our trade fair for Human Resource Management, we also carried out a survey among the exhibitors. This enables us to effectively analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the Personal Hungary and to put our potential even better into your service in the future. For the contentment of the exhibitors is just as important to us than that of the expert visitors. Here now the results on hand of the exhibitor survey. 2.1 Significance of the Personal Hungary 2005 All exhibitors at the Personal Hungary convinced through a top-quality spectrum of products and services. More than two thirds of them are operating abroad.¶Our trade fair for the Human Resource Management provided the exhibitors the opportunity to be brilliant at presenting their expert knowledge and competence and to have conversations with their potential customers on the basis of individual consulting. Thus it is not amazing when 26% of the participating exhibitors judge our exhibiton for the Human Resource Management as "very good" and 53% as âgood" for their company. We also got much positive response from potential exhibitors who plan to participate at the next fair on 15th and 16th November 2006 as exhibitors themselves and just wanted to get a picture of the first Personal Hungary before. These were enthused by the concept and procedure of our trade fair for the Human Resource Management as well. Consequently, we can count on an even more diversified and well-balanced spectrum of exhibitors for the second Personal Hungary.¶ 2.2 Evaluation of the spring Messe Management GmbH The spring Messe Management GmbH & Co. KG is at the exhibitorsâ command, in the run-up to and during the trade fairs, as a competent and reliable contact person. For it is in everybodyâs interest, that every single Personal Hungary is a complete success. Long before each trade fair, the preparations are in full activity. Needless to say that we are interested in continually developing ourselves throughout the whole year. Thus feedback and criticism are welcome because only together with you a successful trade fair becomes possible.¶In this regard, we wanted to know how you judged the advertising effort of the organiser in the run-up to the fair. This question was evaluated as "very good" by 21%, âgood" by 66% and as "satisfying" by13%.
Furthermore we wanted to know what kind of advertising effort did attract your attention as an exhibitor, which resulted in the following table:
In a comparison we now would like to show you how the exhibitors evaluated the care of the spring Messe Management GmbH & Co. KG â both in the run-up to the trade fair and directly during the stressed time of the exhibition on site.
On the occasion of the Personal Hungary 2005 â just like during all our exhibitions for Human Resource Management â we had the so-called "exhibitorâs party". This is an opportunity for all participants to exchange their experiences or to just let the evening go by comfortably. What especially pleases us, is that all respondents liked the exhibitorâs party (answers: "good" or "very good") and the overall response to it was very positive. The exhibitorâs party of the Personal Hungary took place in the restaurant Gundel. 2.3 Response to the Personal Hungary 2005 The Personal Hungary 2005 proceeded most successfully. Not only the expert visitors had the opportunity to exchange their experiences, but the participating exhibitors as well. They also could inform themselves at the trade fair which novelties and innovations can be found on the current market. The composition of our exhibitorsâ spectrum was thus positively evaluated by more than two thirds of the exhibitors. Another third judged it as "satisfying". 92% of the exhibitors signalised interest by now, that they also want to participate the next time.¶¶ Conclusion: The Personal Hungary 2005 was a successful continuation of our first exhibition which will take place annually in the future. Exhibitors, visitors and organiser can be content with the results, as the expectations were met and for the coming years it can be assumed that the interest of the visitors is increasing and that the Personal Hungary is continually growing.¶ ¶ Now we from spring Messe Management GmbH & Co. KG would like to give our sincere thanks again for the confidence you have shown us, for the good co-operation and the exceedingly interesting offer that you presented to us all. We are already looking forward to the next Personal Hungary, on 15th and 16th November 2006 in Budapest. Ha egy mondatban kellene megtennem, akkor csak annyit mondanék: 2005-ben a Personal Hungary kiállÃtás volt Magyarországon a leghatékonyabb fórum a HR szakma találkozásához. Számunkra pedig egyedülálló lehetÅség volt arra, hogy a Szinergia úgy mutassa meg szolgáltatásait és a változás, fejlÅdés iránti elkötelezettségét, hogy képek, szÃnek, formák erÅsÃtsék a szakmai tudásunkról szerezhetÅ benyomásokat. A sok pozitÃv visszajelzés, üzleti kapcsolataink bÅvülése és a szakmai érdeklÅdés standunknál valódi, kézzelfogható visszajelzés jelentett és jövŠévi részvételünkben is megerÅsÃtett bennünket.
